This renovation project aims to transform an uncompleted five-story building in Guangzhou's Dashi District into a modern, vibrant office space. The old building, which has been unoccupied for over ten years, is in poor condition with broken window frames and peeling raw concrete. Located in the heart of Dashi District, only a part of its facade is visible from the main street at specific angles. To ensure the building stands out, bright colors are used to highlight these visible angles, making it impossible for passersby to miss.

The South Marguerita Avenue Urban Infill Project is a visionary endeavor aimed at blending contemporary architectural innovation with the rich traditional styles of the existing neighborhood. The proposed 15,995 SF, 20- unit multi- family apartment development spans two adjoining parcels, featuring three separate buildings. This project includes surface parking, open spaces, common use amenities, landscaping, and a central courtyard. It respects existing neighborhood’s Craftsman style while introducing a transitional architectural flair by utilizing today’s available materials & technologies to give this street a fresh enhanced look.
